General Manager
Bobby Quintong management which leads him to various GM positions from the Buffalo Grill in San Mateo to nightclubs in Melbourne Australia. Most recently Bobby was a GM for the David Myers Group in Los Angeles before becoming the GM of The Slanted Door in San Ramon. During his downtime, you can find him either on a golf course or on one of the beautiful back roads of the Bay Area on his bike.

Chef de Cuisine
Born and raised in Hayward, California. Tim attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. His first job was at Claremont Resort in Berkeley, CA where he work his way up to the role of Sous chef. Before joining Slanted Door San Ramon, he was an Executive sous chef at Intel corperate Headquarters. Tim was a part of the opening team as an Executive Sous Chef, working closely with Dong Choi, then, Chef de Cuisine. With his focus on quality and teamwork, he shortly became Slanted Door San Ramon Chef de Cuisine. When he is not working, he likes enjoys adventurous outings with his family, bike rides, outdoor activities.
The Slanted Door first opened in San Francisco in 1995 with the goal to serve quality Vietnamese food in a modern setting. The Slanted Door expanded to the city of San Ramon at Renzo Piano–designed City Center Bishop Ranch in 2019.
